Takara-Tomy's Zoids Ultimate Web	The old Zoids content is long gone - but it has updates on more current stuff, including Liger D's blog.
Tomy's Zoids Tactics site	Notable mostly for the character profiles, which feature a lot of battle story people - Tactics is another one of those "smash universes together" games. Also good for character refs is the Zoids Versus site.
ShoPro's (newer) Zoids anime site	Covers all four series - most notable right now are the stills of many CG models involved.
	Zoidscore.com is an official shop-type thing. It unfortunately only ships to Japan, but is still a good source of info on new products and runs a number of contests.
Mercy Rabbit's Zoids Works	Zoids art as seen in Zoids Generations and on a number of boxes. Also includes a number of rather creative Blox bashes. Be warned, NSFW content elsewhere on the site (as Mercy Rabbit is also a hentai artist).
Michiro Ueyama's homepage	That is, the man responsible for the CC manga, which ended rather adruptly. He has a continuation online, which sadly lacks in furigana, much less an English translation.
Hasbro: Zoids instructions	The Zoids content itself is long-dead, but you can still find the manual for many a critter here.

Forums/interactive sites

ZoidFans	The oldest English-speaking model fan group out there, now back on Yahoo. Not the most active, but not likely to disappear either as it has its roots buried in the time before anime.
	Phenotype's Zoids site has one of the larger English-speaking Zoids forums tied to it.
Zoidspoison	Another site with a large attached (English-speaking) forum, based in Singapore and mostly focused on the models.
	Zoids Evolution is back under Jammer's care, complete with properly hosted forums and slowly building general anime content. Go screenshot galleries!
	Metal Machine Music The longest-running Zoids RPG out there for a reason.
	Generation Zi A more story-based Zoids RPG with less emphasis on battling.
	Zoids Town, a largish Japanese site including discussion forums and Q+A boards.
Zoids Oekaki	Exactly what the name suggests, all in Japanese. Also has a huge log of older pictures you can browse through.

English sites

Channel Zi	Like a phoenix from the ashes, but with more Thunderball...it's back. Channel Zi was one of the sites for a lot of the fandom that rose up from the anime hitting the states, and it's great to see it return.
Jeoren's Expanded Zoids page	Another classic site, including info, pics, and movies of regular Zoids and customs.
The Deal's Wheels Web Site	Darth Tres' site, with nice photos of customs and stock Zoids alike-mostly older releases.
	smeat.net/Zoids Hidocker's site is mostly unusual and/or interesting photos of Zoids with amusing commentary. The world needs more of this.
Die ZOIDS sind zurück!	Darth Tom's site. All in German, but pretty easy to get around and full of photos of his collection, including Zoids2 and a swarm of crazy bootlegs. Fans of weird colors and shiny, unite!
Ultrasaurus Red	Lionel's chronicle of all things limited and obscure, especially the fabled Ultrasaurus Red. And customs. Cool customs.
Zoid.US	Much assorted content including reviews of Zoids kits - with construction pics of oddties like the Power Zoids and rarities like Gungy.
Mister Hook's Zoids and Robostrux Site	One of the best resources for photos of obscure things like...well, Robostrux.
	Kitty-Bot.com Alteka's site, featuring fun photos and reviews of Zoids (among other things mecha) including Proto Rayse Liger, the winner of Pheno's 2006 custom contest.
	Rusty Salamander Natsumi's site. Mostly Zoids, including customs and painting tutorials.
Zoids Fusion Lab	Solloby's blog o' reviews, with a bit of a focus on Blox and their combinations.
OcellatedStingray's Zoids Site	Lots of reviews and collection pics, organized by type of critter.
Z's Zoids Site	Collection pictures arranged multiple ways - and with a definite focus on the motorized Zoids.
	Cap'n Dade's Place Custom Zoids and CGI, something you don't see very often on English fansites.
	James' Zoids is Stompy's site, home of the Cannon Panther and a number of other original CGI Zoids creations.
Vertice Movement	Blender-driven CGIstuff, including a very nice Liger Zero.
Ken Leong's site	Mechastuff including Zoids. Some great customs here, with a lot of mechanical cleverness and attention paid to making things move.
Rabbit Lab	Bluedemon's site, which features a number of great customs, including Racing Mecha Chocobo, the winner of the 2007 racing contest.
Gojulas' Lair	Temporarily offline, it would seem.
Ironwing's War Room	I hate pop-up windows with a passion and I'm still linking to this. That should tell you something-it's a great site, full of info on color schemes and releases of Zoids throughout the various lines.
Zoids - The Pre-Hysterical Monster Machines	Mike's site. He loves Command Wolves, especially chrome ones. He's also got some nice photos of his own collection, including lots of OER.
Striker Unit	Crushader's Liger collection - just Ligers. Lots of them, photographed and on display. Also runs various mass orders/bidding services for people to get Japan-exclusive models.New!
Blood For the Baron - Zoids	High-res scans of the entire UK Zoids comic (and other stuff too). If you haven't read the UK comic yet, you must.
	Zoids Tribute (English Edition). One of the only classic sites left with anime info (including dub/Japanese comparisons from a Japanese perspective). The Japanese version has different content and is worth a visit too.
	Liger's Union, another anime fansite that's stood the test of time. HaTcH has lots of amvs and screenshots, all at high-quality because of his DVD-ripping-fu. Now with an interactive fanart gallery in php.
	Anime Admirers' Zoids section One more of the still-living general anime sites.
	Zoids Fan World Orginal artwork and comics since 2002!
	Momonga! Lots of random, in a good way. And fanart. And battle story!
Zinou's Webpage	Home to fanfiction and madcap theories that I've seen mistaken for canon (dude). And she draws pretty stuff.
	Blue Sky, Jammer's O'Connell shrine/general site in one. Also has forums and an oekaki board (may it not be eaten by spambots!).
	Lightning Saix! Orisha's Jack Sisco Page Another in-depth character shrine...I bet you can never guess who it's for.
Sieg.nu	Zoids doujinshi and card game scans - lots of card game scans, from multiple variations of the card game. New!

	装甲夢路 Armor Dreamland Tons of battle story resources and fanart-check out the Zoid Archives.
Zoids Dictionary	The name says it all-if you've ever wanted to know who character X was and what they did, this is the place to go. It covers everything Zoids in (Japanese) alphabetical order for easy searching.
	Zoids Parallax is home to a wonderful mix of fanart, photomanipulations, and ponderings/articles with an OJR slant.
	バトスト同盟 An alliance listing-type site for original battle story stuff.
	小型ゾイド友の会 And one for small Zoid fans. Windup lovers of the world, unite (and take over)!
Empire Molga Party	And if a fanlisting for small Zoids wasn't enough, here's a site just for Molga! How can you not love Molga?
	１０年後も好きですか？ (formerly Zoids Corner) Pretty much every model out there, complete with pictures and stats on most of them, and some of the first pics of new releases.
	日々の生活 Life of Every Day Another site rather up to date on new stuff, complete with lots of old and obscure stuff too (including American lines).
	Zoids Hanger is full of pictures and info on newer releases along with a Zoids wiki and other interactive things. Zoids-fan.net, the main domain, hosts a number of sites.
Planet Zoids	Lightjester's site. Lots and lots of old Zoid info, customizing stuff, old catalogues, and pictures of some obscure OJR products.
	紗蔚綸那's Toy Box has a lot of old-school Zoid content, including the box take on the Battle Story and memories of the old line sent in by other fans.
	TOMYのまわしもの has photos and info on regular models, bootlegs, and a great many customs, including ones from events.
	page Z-F has fanfics (battle story and Fuzors at that), thoughts on Zoids, and customs. You can't go wrong with that.
	Yonakiya Hompo features kit reviews, customs, icons and more.
	Autocrat Islet has customs, articles, fanfiction set in the battle storyverse, and many other things.
	すぎのき工房's Zoids menu has battle story stuff both canon and original, thoughts, photographs of regular and custom Zoids, movies of Zoids in motion...
	Imagine Forest has clever windup Zoid customs, articles, and various other things of interest - including some scans of and text from old catalogues.
	Gilvader's Room has a ton of content, mostly centered around Gilvader, but also including things like a section for the OJR-era video games.
Zoids Musuem	A mirror of a now-closed site, full of pics/info on a great many early-NJR Zoids with some old-school of all flavors (not just Japanese) thrown in. Keep a lookout for the all-chrome Shieldy (apparently a Coro Coro prize).
Zoids art @ iyasakado.com	Has lots of great fanart, and a font of the Zoidian text used in the OJR (you'll need to be able to type hiragana to use it).
	Vision of Zoids has fanart, and lots of it - refined, custom, and original Zoids of all different sorts.
	Poco (formerly Flamingo Boots) has fanart of Zoids characters from multiple continuities, plus other things anime and game.
	Home to various fanart, including the famous SD Zoid icons. Also has a list of Zoid model and merchandise releases.
	Elektrogigante Some of the best Zoids CG out there. This is where those cool Liger Zero pictures everyone steals for sigs are originally from.
Silent Graffiti	Another Zoids CG site, this one's probably best known for its Geno Maxi CG pics.
	Nama's CG Room More Zoids CGI (among other things), including some animations.
	Black Maniac Very crisp-looking Zoids CGI with progress shots and wallpaper of the final products.
	Object 3D is full of Zoids CGI images - it's even got some tutorials and in-progress pics.
	S-Edition has a good selection of slick-looking Zoids CGI pics.
	わんころげ工房 has CGI Zoids (including a great many Saber Tigers), customs, and general model photos.
生きものZi球紀行	Zoids, gone nature documentary with really cool edited photos. Check out the baby Command Wolves.
	Zoids 野郎 has photographs of a lot of models...and faceoffs between various motorized Zoids (and 1/24 pilots), wrestling-style. Just...go look!
	Zi Craft Union, a Japanese site featuring the work of lots of customizers. Tons and tons of great work here.
	Z-Zoo Tons of customs from all different people, organized like...well, a zoo. Also home to an Iguan and Godos custom exhibit.
	ゾイメタ同盟 Customs from metallic Zoid fans: in other words, shiny and lots of it. Hooray!
	ゾイド改造レポート (Custom Zoids Report) More customs from many Zoiders - this time not just the shiny ones. Mostly in message board form, but includes some static pages too.
	Zoids Nexus Customs and art to to go with them, along with a monster custom contest.
	ガブの館 G-Room Some really impressive customs including Salamanders aplenty and anime-style Zoids. The site owner is a fan of Saly, Storch, and Zoids2, and fans of such things must stick together too.
	Nezumi-Hanabi has beautifully painted and customized Zoids, ranging from practical war machine to shiny.
	Zoidology New home of Zee Wakusei's customs. His work is mentioned a lot in the English-speaking Zoids fandom, and for good reason.
赤ぶろぐ	Customs. Really good customs, including Geno Jet Type B (MMMers know it as the Psychosis) and a whole lotta airbrushing of awesome.
	Zoids Hangar-29 is mostly a customizing site (and there are a lot of customs here), but includes fanart.
	Zoids Galaxy has gallaries of regular models and customs alike, including an excellent Command Wolf LC repaint.
	Zoids Epic Electronica has a large custom gallery with both the owner's customs and those sent in by others.
	Otika's Room has wonderfully shiny customs, including some people may well recognize - Lightning Saix D+, anyone?
	Zoikino has some really, really nice customs (like this archaeopteryx), customs sent in by others, and "making of"-type pages.
	The Private Laboratory of Living Machines has a helluvalot of customs, including a Redler for Wolff.
	Zi-E (Zoids Engineering) has an archive with a great many customs - since 2001!
Blue and Red's Zoids corner	Features a lot of clever customs and mods complete with in-progress pics and tutorials for. All of it's followable even if you can't read Japanese and more fun if you can - a useful reference indeed!
	Customs, photo art/image manipulations, and general model fun. Fun...like Helimolga!
Zi-channel -Custom Zoids Gallery-	Is what is says on the tin: a huge gallery of customs submitted by posters on the Zoids section of 2chan.
	Altitude of Mobius is mostly more Gundam-y customs, but there's some snazzy Zoids here, including HMM Genothings and Bladey Mirage.
名も無き工房	Custom Zoids (including some very clever reworkings and Bio Zoids), kit reviews, and other such shiny things in blog form. New!
	Zoids Centre Is another site featuring contributed customs - look around and you'll spot a number of game Zoids like Blitz Tiger and Liger Aero. New!
Zoidsgura	Info about Zoids, Blox, and customizing...along with customs, anime-inspired and otherwise. New!

Stores

I'll only link to stores I've bought from personally or that come highly recommended by friends, thus this list is a bit short. Most of these places will also be imports if you live in the US, so be prepared to deal with shipping.

Amenbo/TOJ One of my favorite stores in the past, sadly offline for the forseeable future. May it return someday!

HobbyLink Japan occasionally drops the ball on preorders (likely issues with the automated system). Aside from that one issue, they're the other store I turn to the most for my Zoid imports. They don't jack up prices and are good at packing stuff so as to get the cheapest shipping charge.

Toy-Wave I haven't ordered from these guys myself, but lots of people I know recommend them. Besides deals, there's a good amount of obscure and hard to find Zoids stuff here on and off, though prices may be steep.

Leoshop I've never ordered from Leoshop directly, but I've been in on combined chrome Zoid orders back when they did vacuum metalizing. Ah, those were the days...they're apparently still a good place to buy from, just be sure to confirm your order went through.

Image Anime A US-based shop for once, eh? They don't have a huge Zoid selection (you'll have to search for what they do have), but what they do have is at good prices, and they also carry some other modeling supplies.

Gundam Store and More is one of the only other stores in the US still stocking Zoids that I'd recommend buying from. Their prices are a little steep, but not gougeworthy, and they have a decent selection (including some CPs, a rarity these days).
